Trying to find some good information on creating an install update project
for eclipse. Does anyone know where I could find this or if anyone has any
quick tips they would be greatly appreciated.

There is an article that will soon be posted on eclipse.org
In the meanwhile, take a look at one of the PDE docs on the development
