AL,
the RAP project aims to enable developers to build rich, AJAX-enabled
Web applications by using the Eclipse development model, plug-ins and
a Java-only API.
So it is *not* RCP but it will provide an RCP-like programming model
for web applications, including a "web workbench".
I'm not sure that I understood Your question right. Does the above
answer Your question?

Thanks! So, basically, I cannot have RAP inside of Eclipse, but only
what RAP offers, as mentioned above, that is, OSGI functionality and
Eclipse development model.
