gdb refusing to launch (eclipse 3.0RC2 - CDTM9 - gdb cygwin 20030919-r1) [message #106421] Wed, 16 June 2004 12:37 Go to next message

Trying to debug a very simple c++ program, when I try to launch the
debugger on my debug target I get the error : Failed Luanching CDI
debugger. When I click on details, I get :
"Unable to set working directory : mi_cmd_env_cd : Usage DIRECTORY"...

Anyone got an idea ?

Eclipse in "C:Program Files\eclipse"
Workspace "C:\Documents And Settings\pascal\My Documents\Eclipse\Workspace"

CDT M9 had some problems with spaces in path names. Move your workspace to
a directory that has no spaces, and this should work.
