Hello, I'm having some problems installing eclipse on FreeBSD 5.3.
I install via portinstall, get all the way trhough the building of mozilla
and all the dependancies, and actually begin building and installing
eclipse.
The java compiler get to this point:
init:
build.jars:
update.feature:
all.children:
install:
main:
[mkdir] Created dir: /usr/ports/java/eclipse/work/result
[mkdir] Created dir: /usr/ports/java/eclipse/work/tmp
init:
gather.bin.parts:
init:
buildDocZip:
all:
convertSchemaToHtml:
examplesDocCopy:
getJavadocPath:
generateJavadoc:
[mkdir] Created dir:
/usr/ports/java/eclipse/work/plugins/org.eclipse.platform.do c.isv/reference/api
[unzip] Expanding:
/usr/ports/java/eclipse/work/plugins/org.eclipse.osgi/osgi/o sgiJavaDoc.zip
into
/usr/ports/java/eclipse/work/plugins/org.eclipse.platform.do c.isv/reference/osgi
Killed
gmake: *** [build-install] Error 137
*** Error code 2
Stop in /usr/ports/java/eclipse.
I don't know what a gmake error 137 means.
Also, when I check top after getting this message, the javadoc process is
still running and is not responsive.
I've been using eclipse on Windows and LOVE it! I've moved over to a
FreeBSD system for all my development, and this is the last piece I need
to get in place.
Thanks for all your help.
Bryan
