I am using eclipse sdk version 3.1.1.

I am trying to customize the toolbar so that I can add servlets from the
icon on the toolbar. I have gone to the Customization Window for this
toolbar (Customize Perspective -> Commands -> Java Element Creation) but
it does not allow me to add new details.

By default, it displays:

New Java Project
New Java Package
New Java Class

and has an arrow to select:

JUnit Test Case
...
Annotation

I would like to be able to add "New Java Servlet", or "New Java File",
etc, so that I can just click the icon in the toolbar.

Is there anyway to add these to the toolbar?

TIA
