KeyBinding service w/multi type editor [message #28506]

I have a multi-type editor where each editor requires a different set of
key-binding services. The problem is that the bindings are incompatible
with each other. When the focus is switched between the two, how do I
tell the key binding service to use a different set of scopes/registered
actions. Since the key binding service is instantiated only at the
editor site level, I don't see anyway to do this.
