I have been trying to install plugins several times now. I do this using
Help -> Software Updates. I managed to install the WebDAV support but am
not able to install EMF. It always ends with an "Connection timeout" Error.

I do not have a slow internet connection - it seems to be a problem of the
server. Is there a way to change the Internet connection time out value of
Eclipse to a higher value? Where?
