how do I add a menu to the context menu for ALL editors? [message #264461]

I'm new to Eclipse, so please excuse my ignorance.

I want to add the Team menu to ALL editor context menus (Java, text
files, etc.). Is this as simple as editing a plugin.xml file somewhere?

I'm certainly not opposed to writing a new plugin to do this, but as I'm
new to Eclipse, I don't really know where to start. All of the context
menu examples that I can find seem to be based on Eclipse 2.1, and I
don't know if they still apply to or work in Eclipse 3.0.

Any help is appreciated!
