I am using Eclipse at work but we don't employ VEP, which I am trying to
learn on my own. At work, when I type in a variable name followed by dot,
I get a list of available methods in a dropdown. In my VEP installation
at home, this doesn't occur. No methods are listed. I tried typing
control-space and I get a box saying "No default proposals".
Can someone point me in the direction necessary to get this working?
Thanx,
Bill

Serendipity strikes:
The item following this request "problems with ctrl-space" solved it:
Window
Preferences
Java
Editor
Content Assist
Advanced
Check the Default Proposal Kinds boxes
