setting or computer config.
I launch it from command line, using Eclipse built code, and it runs fine.
Everything else in Eclipse also seems normal -- no slowdown.
I'm talking about the app that normally pops up in seconds now takes ten
minutes.
What could be possible causes?

Sorry, it's some jars on a network drive. It's still a bit of mystery why
it became so much slower since the jars haven't changed recently and
opening them in winzip at least FEELS about as fast as usual.
