Hello,

I'd like to set a timeout on my request.
But I can't find how to do this.

I find that the class CallStatement, used in the data.oda.jdbc plugin, can
handle a property "queryTimeOut" which seems excatly what I want. But I
don't find how to set it.

Thanks
(I'm using Birt engine 2.2)

Nicolas

Nicolas,

Look at the property binding tab of the data set.

Thanks.
I don't know how I missed it...

So now an other question :-)
For one dataset, I set the query time out property.
But when I look to the xml source of the report, I see this property in
the "global" PropertyBindings, near odaURL odaUSer, etc...
and not in the property binding of the dataset.

So if I set the query timeout for my N datasets, I see N properties
"queryTimeOut" (and N "queryText") in the "global" property binding.

Is it normal?
Should the property "queryTimeOut" be in the property bindings of each
dataset?

Thanks a lot.

Nicolas,

I believe these are keyed by the id.
