Reports losing formatting/style upon Refresh - BIRT 2.1.2 [message #252473]

When running reports for the first time, they open with formatting /
styles as required.

Upon changing the parameter values ( via parameter icon ) the report
changes appearance - all applied styles are removed and it is very much
plain text.

Is there a setting in the Reports or Viewer WebApp that need to be
changed to stop this ?
