The org.eclipse.jdt.debug.ui v3.2.100 plug-in is actually part of Eclipse
3.3. (The version numbering scheme for individual plug-ins does not
necessarily track the version number of Eclipse, for reasons I won't go into
here.)
It sounds like JST 2.0.0 requires Eclipse 3.3. The latest version of
Eclipse 3.3 is 3.3.1.1, which is downloadable from the Eclipse web site.
