Naresh,
Please check if you have the JDBC driver class configured for your web
viewer. There are 2 ways to do it.

1) Download the executable jar file for Oracle JDBC Driver and copy it
to the following location in your workspace:

<target-eclipse-directory>\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc\drivers\

2) Open the BIRT RCP Report Designer, and go through the wizard of
Managing the Drivers, Browse for the external executable Jar file for
Oracle. Add it.

/WEB_INF/lib..but i didn't put in
