In the RCP environment, for a given perspective, based upon some state, I
would like to be able to disable certain view choices (option is displayed
but "grayed out"). Particularly, is there a way to individually disable
options listed in the "Show View" menu (i.e. the menu that is populated
with the ContributionItemFactory.VIEWS_SHORTLIST instance)? And, can the
"Other" option from the "Show View" menu be removed or hidden?
