Does anybody know of another web site to down download Eclipse-SDK 3.4M5
and JEE bundles?

That URL is not the EPP download site, so the MD5/SHA sums are not for
the EPP files.

The EPP site is here, but I don't think they have packages based on M% yet.

You can get 3.4M4 EPP packages from here:
