I want my figure to have different commands available depending on which
tool is selected in the palette. For example, I would have different tools
for move, resize and rotate.
Would I be better with a single edit policy that somehow understands which
tool is active, or would I have a separate edit policy for each tool, and
just switch the current edit policy on the figure when the tool is
activated? And how would I go about doing either of these approaches? I
have read all the documentation and articles I can find, but I still don't
really understand exactly any given editpolicy is deemed to be active for
any particular tool.
