I'm able to successfully run a headless build, using the build.properties
file. Most of the settings on the page appear to work as advertised (i.e.
configs, buildDirectgory, base, pluginPath, etc.). However, setting the
javacDebugInfo to either true or false (on or off) doesn't seem to affect
the content of any headlessly built build.xml in the project. The value of
javacDebugInfo is always on?

Is there some other build.properties switch that needs to be set to control
the value of javacDebugInfo? compilerArg?
