I'm not clear on what needs to be downloaded and installed to get a
*combination* of C/C++, PHP, and Java support within Eclipse. There seems
to be a separate Eclipse installation with each integrated. I was
expecting a "bare" Eclipse installation, and plugin installers for each
language I want supported (i.e. CDT for C/C++, PDT for PHP).
What do I need to download and install to get these languages supported
within the IDE?
Thanks.

You should be able to download any of the various Eclipse packages - e.g.,
Classic - and then use the Update Manager from within Eclipse to add
additional features such as CDT and PDT.

Make sure to select the Europa Update Site and you should be able to
find all the plugins that you are looking for.
Hope this helps,
Eric
