We plan to have a low key user's group meeting at JavaOne to
bring together everyone interested in eclipse.
We've rented the entire upstairs at the ThirstyBear pub for the evening.
In addition to a demo of the latest 2.0 features, we'll have a session
on 2.0 plan items and future directions. We'd especially like to hear
from people building tools based on eclipse, and find out what is
working well, what needs improvement, and talk about ideas for
future eclipse directions. After the presentations we can continue
the discussions over tapas and ThirstyBear-brewed beer.
Several companies at JavaOne will be demoing eclipse-based products
on the floor - so this should generate some additional interest.
Hope to see everyone there.
