Cannot start the Eclipse! [message #214082]

I have installed Eclipse-BIRT2.1.0 on my Linux suse OS. When I was try
to start the Eclipse, I got the error message:"Permission Denied".

The most important point (that once cost me a lot of time): unzip and
make _everything_ read only before you launch Eclipse for the first
time.
