When we using JDK 5.0, We can't use compability option for earlier
veriosn of jre. But JDT provide interface which can configurate this
even we using jdk5.0. So I think it may be cause confusion.

Some people who use my plugin complained me about JRE version issue. So
I uses the interface which I told before to set compilence compability
level. And I didn't know it doesn't work because I'm using JDK 5.0. So
after long futile time, I had to re-write all my source into java 1.4
source notation and rebuilt with jdk 1.4.

It's is acutally problem about jdk not eclipse, but I want to see some
warnning message or infomations in that preference page.
