Headless C builds? [message #201985] Fri, 21 September 2007 11:48 Go to next message

Is there a way to do, under the CDT, what are called "headless builds" in
the PDE? We'd like to be able to do script-based testing (or at least
building) of CDT projects, and I've looked around and found a couple of
comments in the source, but no actual proof out in the world that such a
thing is possible.

....OK, I found indication that it's supposed to work, although it sounds
like it's work in progress --

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=181797

But a pointer to a clue as to where to start would be helpful. Thanks.

One starting point is Eclipse Help at http://help.eclipse.org/help33/
