Window scrolls to bottom [message #201351]

Help! I have no idea what happened, but suddenly all my windows, text
editor, package explorer, outline, etc. all want to automatically scroll
to the bottom. No matter where I try to position the cursor the window
auto scrolls to the end. Ctrl-L allows me to enter a line number for the
editor window and even positions the cursor there for an instant, but then
immediately scrolls to the end of the file.
