Hi all,

both KDE and Eclipse use the [Alt]-key combinations quite heavily. But my Thinkpad R50 is lacking a
Windows key, so I rebound the useless Caps_Lock using xmodmap:

! No Caps Lock
clear lock
! Caps Lock as Win key
add mod4 = Caps_Lock

This works fine for KDE, so I could use the new Meta key for it. But I'd rather would rebind Eclipse
keys and so I went to Preferences / General / Keys / Modify:

Pressing [Alt], [Ctrl] or [Shift] or any combination of them immediately displays "Alt+", "Ctrl+", ...

But pressing [Caps_Lock] does nothing.

What is missing? Any special GTK configuration?

Thanks, Jörg
