Is it expected behavior that any toolbar contributions added via a
EditorActionBarContributor will disappear when focus is given to a view
in the same perspective and the editor is still visible but has simply
lost focus?

The editor is my own, extended from AbstractTextEditor. I'm running M6
on WinXP. This is an RCP application but I tried running in full-blown
Eclipse and see the same behavior.
Douglas Pollock noted a bug that seems to address the behavior and is
fixed in M7 ("https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=50244").
Now that M7 is available will try my plugin there and see if the problem
goes away.
