For some reason my database connections in the Data Source Explorer do
not persist. I have to recreate them each time I launch my target
platform, which is pretty annoying. I did a quick scan of the newsgroup
and didn't see this problem reported, so perhaps it has something to do
with my setup. Here's my configuration:
Eclipse version: 3.2 RC7 SDK
Plugin development target platform: Eclipse 3.2 RC7 + EMF 2.2.0RC7 +
GEF 3.2RC4 + DTP 0.9 RC5 (6/19/06)
JVM (both IDE and target runtime): IBM Java JDK 1.4.2 (btw, same result
with Java 5)
DTP seems to be working fine otherwise, as far as I can tell.

No, nothing in the .log file, nothing in the console view. That's one
reason I've been puzzled by this.

Brian,
Do you have a stack trace in the .log file for this? We've fixed a couple
of bugs in the past that have this suspected problem, but (as far as we
know) it works in RC5.
