Nowadays I'm using Eclipse, though, and I'd like to add support for CS-RCS.

Does anyone know of work on related plugins? CS-RCS obviously supports
RCS access, and also supports the Microsoft SCC interface. I did find the
VSS plugin, and am looking through that code for ideas.
