Anoying error launching cygwinpath [message #163145]

Im using MinGW and msys. Every compiles fine and even the include
directories are set ok. However I always get this warning "Error launching
cygpath". Cygpath is only necesary for cygwin, how can I tell CDT to stop
trying to call cygpath?
