How do we pass a datetime as a parameter value to frameset in the url.
Always the time part comes back as 12:00AM
Date part is parsed correctly.

I do escape the datetime param value in the url to take care of the spaces
and special chars.
My URL looks like:
http://localhost:8080/birt/frameset?__report=myReport.rptdes ign&DateTime=05/09/2006%2009%3A16%20AM

for DateTime= 05/09/2006 09:16 AM

I am using BIRT 2.0.1
