Does CDT come with it's own generic preprocessor that can be invoked
seperately from a plugin? I.e. to preprocess an arbitary string or any kind
of file (not necessarily for use for c++ and not necessarily for files part
of a CDT project).

Thanks,
Morten Ch.

Why not use cpp? It comes with gcc and isn't C / C++ specific in any way.
