"Requested operation cannot be performed because it would invalidate the
current configuration. See details for more information.
JDT Ignore Extensions (Optional) (Incubation) (0.7.0.v20080311) requires
feature "org.eclipse.team.svn (0.7.0)", or compatible."

I'm used the Eclipse for J2E developers that I just downloaded. Tried
also the archieved version.

Any ideas?

The reason of the problem is unclean, could you please provide here
reference to download of Eclipse build which you use and to Subversive
update-site which you tried to install?

Also please try to install latest Subversive version using Help->Software
Updates->Find and Install...->Search for new features to install...

There you'll find version 0.7xxxx of org.eclipse.team.svn
