1. Is it possible to associate any type of file with Eclipse? I.e. if I open
the .h file from Explorer (Windows) Eclipse should start and open the file.
It is not hard to make the first part, but I don't know how to tell eclipse
to open the file in editor... BTW, it would be great if eclispe will not
start new instance/session (otherwise I have to provide it with new
workspace).
2. Why the files known to CDT (.c, .h) but located outside of projects (in
3rd party headers for example) don't have the corresponding icon in the
editor tab? Note that syntax is highlighted properly.
