Why "WARNING: Duplicate name in Manifest" on PDE launch? [message #157214]

It's probably not a co-incidence I have exactly 15 .jar files in my plug-in
folder. But, tho each of these has a Manifest.mf file, *none* of the
manifest files contain "Class-Path".

Any clue what's going on?
