The issue has been put on hold for now. With the change in requirements for
Eclipse 3.0 in that it now requires a 1.4 VM, we are currently asking people
to use JAXP for their XML processing. We have left it open to re-visit
XMLPull in the future (especially in the runtime plug-in where we parse the
plug-in and fragment manifest files).
