Eclipce hangs up if I create Managed C++ Project [message #156125]

I'm using Eclipse 3.1.1 and CDT 3.0.
When I try to create Managed C++ project, Eclipse hangs up. It does not
matter whether I create it in the empty workspace or for existing source.

Usually, progress tab shows "Refreshing wokspace" which cannot be
terminated (if you try to cancel it - it will stay working!)
