Since yesterday's integration build (20031111).
Although there is red x's you can still use it. Note that there will be an
integration build tomorrow.

For now there is no special download (it is in the SDK). I do not know what
are the plans for that.
The only document I'm aware of is available on the UI webpage. It describes
the new organisation and how to port existing plug-ins.

There's a tutorial there now, and two examples. The main page is:
< http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/plat form-ui-home/rc
p-proposal/rich_client_platform_facilities.html>

The porting guide is good if you try to build a plug-in under 3.0 and you
get warnings about deprecated methods, or build errors. Just do a search in
that document for the symbol that is getting the message and it should tell
you what you have to change it too. Also there is an automatic conversion
step that takes care of some things for you, just right click on the project
and select PDE Tools > Migrate to 3.0.
