Console output disappeared for Ant [message #152377]

Normally when I run Ant scripts with the Ant plugin, I get the output of the
script in the console window. Yesterday that stopped happening. Now when
I run the Ant script, I just get this window that says "waiting for the VM
to exit" and the console window shows nothing but eventually the title bar
of the console says "terminated".

How did I lose my console output for Ant scripts and how do I get it back?
Eclipse 3.1.2 on Windows.
