The ROM Data SPEC was not ready to go when the majority of the ROM Spec was
released. Is it ready now? Can a version be released to the site for
review?

Scott,

It is undergoing revision internally, and some significant changes are being
worked on. The data source area, as you know, could get quite complex when
taking into consideration the diverse behavior of various types of data
sources.
