I have set up my environment eclipse(wtp), tomcat, axis to create web services. I followed the help contents and created a WSDL file which I then used to create the various stubs and skeletons. My problem is in trying to deploy the service to axis. I downloaded a plugin fr.improve.axis.0.8 for axis. This allows me to right click on the generated deploy.wsdd file and select axis > deploy the web service, however this keeps failing. I could do it the jws way but would prefer to do it this way and through eclipse. Anybody come across this problem or have ideas as to why it is not working. I hasten to add I'm new to web services.
