Why it takes so long to save changes in an xml-file? [message #149144]

Former if I open an xml file I can't see the design view. Now I've
reinstalled the eclipse an dwtp again and can see the design view for
xml-file. But I got a new problem: If I make some changes and want to save
it, I got a dialog says:"The user operation is waitting for backgroud to
complete" and it takers very very long.

But if I open the xml-file not in an xml-editor, it's ok.

Why?
