Hi,

I try to add a jdbc driver for SQL Server to the "JDBC data sources". I
click on "manage the driver" and add the .jar (sqljdbc.jar). The driver
appears in the list of jar files but nothing in the tab "driver" ! Why ?
How can I have the jdbc driver for SQL server with BIRT ?

Thank you.

The driver has correctly added but I don't manage to establish a
connection. Every time I try, a timeout ...
My database is correct, I manage to access with odbc.
My url is : jdbc:sqlserver://localhost\\Northwind (the user and password
are in others fields)
Why did I fail ?
