Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade to GMF 2.0. I just want to get everything I have in
my older version of GMF working in 2.0. Starting from scratch, same
annotated java etc, I've tried to build a new editor.

I've tried a few times and I keep getting the same one error in same place
in the compartments, in Node3EditPart.java:

The method getFigureNodeNameFigure() is undefined for the type
Node3EditPart.NodeNodeFigure

There must be something I'm missing, a new compartment setting or
something.

I haven't upgraded since February so I'd be on M4 or M5. Possibly the
structure for creating a compartment has changed? Briefly:

-Node B is contained by node A in model (from annotated java)

-Add Compartment to gmfgraph

-Add Compartment mapping to A node mapping

-Add Child Reference to A node mapping (which includes B node mapping)

I've used all the same settings etc as before but I keep getting the same
error. There are a few new settings possibly it's one of these?

Thanks,

Gaff

Hello Gaff,

I suppose you have problems with defining inner lable using updated GMFGRAPH
model. I suggest you to have a look on org.eclipse.gmf.graphdef\models\basic.gmfgraph
- this model contains NamedNodeRectangle description with inner label in it.
