Context Menus on Diagram [message #147181]

For some reason the context menus are not working on my diagram. I am
getting the following error:

Context menu missing standard group
'org.eclipse.ui.IWorkbenchActionConstants.MB_ADDITIONS'. (menu ids =
[org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.DiagramEditorContextMenu ]) part id =
my.DiagramEditorID)

The "Load Resource" context menu is showing up, but the rest of the menu
items are not. I tried going directly into the editor and adding it to
the Menu Manager of the View when it is about to show, but it seems to be
dropping my listener.

I have clearly disconnected something for default Popup menus, but I can't
find the mistake.

Any ideas?
