Hi everyone,

New build of the OpenUP library and OpenUP/Basic published Web site are
available for download at:
http://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/openup/openup_downloads .php.

This OpenUP build uses EPF Composer Milestone 3 build.
Please refer to link above for more details.
