All,

On balance I have decided that banishing Ilias is the best move for the
Eclipse Community.

If anyone wants a review of my rationale, please check out

There are also lots of precedents out there from other communities.

Our webmaster has had varying degrees of luck keeping him off our site.
There are limited ways we can do this without causing a lot of grief for
everyone. I, for one, am going to put him on my blocked senders list.

It has been a very interesting discussion. Thank you to all those who
participated.
