Bug in predefined CSS style 'report'? [message #143350]

Hello,

I tried to change the predefined CSS style 'report' and set e.g. the
background color to red.
But on the execution it has no effect, background still white!

A look into the report's HTML source shows no CSS background-color attribute
in style_0!

Is this a bug?
