Not sure if BIRT 2.0 has a form capture mechanism. There is a business
form example on the site but it is more for displaying data in a form
format. Has anyone attempted to use BIRT to design a form, define the form
field and let the user fill in the form and submit? An example of this is
the Adobe Lifecyle Designer (used to be called Form Designer).
