Eclipse User

I have a C++ project that reference .h and .cpp files in another project
when I link the project, there are unresolved external references to
all the references to the other project methods

1. How can I reference files in other projects (I had to add the other
project to the -I switch) ?
2. How do I link the main ?
3. can I use Managed make ? or fo I need to write the makefiles by myself ?
