These java projects need special jar files declared in the classpath and
others things .... I achieved to create this plugin but
I would like to deploy it with the jar files inside instead of referencing
it in a preference page.

I don't know how to access the file system plugins.
Plugins are not located in the workspace. They are in the plugin directory
of the platform.
I just want to know how to handle these ressources.
